SERVICES
Wandering Wisdom offers the following services:
Online coaching and mentoring for individuals
Online coaching and mentoring for groups
Online EFT- & Thoughtfield Therapy (Tapping) for individuals
Walk & Talk coaching and mentoring for individuals
Workshops for businesses and education providers
Online masterclasses and webinars
Online courses
All services apart from workshops for businesses and education providers, as well as walk and talk coaching for individuals, take place online.
Individual coaching sessions and packages are scheduled between the client and Wandering Wisdom.
All services can be provided in English or Danish.
In services provided to individuals, the language is up to the client.
In services provided to groups, Wandering Wisdom reserves the right to provide the service in English at all times.
Should all participants in a group session happen to be fluent Danish speakers, the service will be provided in Danish; however any written materials will be in English.
Packages with a pre-determined schedule will be completed within the pre-determined standards.
Packages need to be completed within a year of the first session.
PAYMENT
Payment takes place through bank transfer.
Upon booking a service, the client will be sent an invoice for the agreed service and price incl. VAT.
They payment should be made according to the instructions detailed on the invoice.
The payment needs to be received prior to the first scheduled session. For last minute bookings where the bank transfer is unlikely to reach Wandering Wisdom prior to the first scheduled session, proof of payment should be provided.
It’s the responsibility of the client to be able to provide documentation for the payment of the service.
Prices include Danish VAT unless stated otherwise.
If the client opts for a payment plan, an administration fee will be added.
All products are delivered after payment, and for module-based courses, the client will be given access to the modules according to the pre-determined schedule. Replay will be available within 24 hours.
Online courses are self-study courses, and full access will be provided upon payment.
When the client books a package, and the invoice has been issued, the client is obliged to pay already issued invoices. The package cannot be cancelled or refunded.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Pre-paid sessions cannot be refunded.
Should you be unable to participate in a pre-paid and already booked session, you can move your sessions free of charge, as long as the cancellation takes place no later than 48 hours before the time the session was originally scheduled for.
If a session is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled session, the session will not be refunded, and it will not be possible to move the session to another day or time.
CANCELLATION BY WANDERING WISDOM
If cancellations are made by Wandering Wisdom, you will have the right to move your service to another day and time, free of charge. Wandering Wisdom will contact you with alternative dates and times.
Should Wandering Wisdom be closed due to illness for 6 months or longer, the client will be refunded the outstanding services at the full rate, i.e. if half of the package has been used, 50% will be refunded.
PAYMENT AND DELIVERY OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS:
Online courses: By purcase of an online course, the client will receive the full course upon payment. The course can be accessed through EasyMe, where the client will receive login and password, so they can access it. An online course is personal, and is not to be shared with a third party.
RIGHTS:
All rights to workshops, courses, materials, illustrations, pictures and digital products belong to Wandering Wisdom.
All products and services are personal, and you are not permitted to sell, loan, give away or in any other way distribute the product or service without previous written permission by Wandering Wisdom.
RETURN-POLICY:
Once a product or service has been paid, cancellations and refunds are not possible.
